This is a script contributed by Paul Sherwood (written in python. downloadable here). It creates a directory containing a midi file and a jpeg image for each tune, intended to be of a suitable resolution for the screen of a mobile phone, with filenames derived from the tune title. This will download as a gzipped tar archive that you should unpack to obtain a temporary directory (aka a folder on Windows). You should rename the directory, and then copy it and all its contents onto your mobile phone. The details of how to do this will depend on the phone. As an example, for the Sony Ericsson w800i phone, the easiest way to access the images and MIDI files is through the phone's File Manager function. If the phone is connected to a the computer via USB its memory card will appear as storage device. If the directory from livetunebook is placed in the directory "MSSEMC / Media files / other" of the phone's memory card, they it will be visible on the "Other" menu of the File Manager. For other brands of mobile phone, you will need to figure out for yourself where in the phones directory structure the files need to be placed to make them easy to browse using the phone's OS.
